About the event
In this workshop we will be looking at the slip stitch technique for colour work including mosaic knitting, these stitches are a fantastic way to incorporate colour into your knitting in a simple yet striking way. Other techniques used include mitred garter stitch squares and picking up stitches. During the workshop you will be practicing these techniques and beginning the cushion project, you will receive all the yarn and pattern needed to complete the cushion.
This is suitable for all knitters but I ask that you can cast on, knit and purl.
This will be a very relaxed workshop where people can work at their own pace in a beautiful setting overlooking the village of Slaithwaite.
A lovely lunch and tea's and coffees will also be supplied, if you have any dietary requirements please do let me know as soon as possible so that I can make provisions.
